What is expected:

• Enroll students in lessons, collect payments and manage administrative responsibilities
• Use creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges with customers
• Attend paid training and development opportunities
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
• Provide safe and fun swim lessons following the SwimWest Curriculum - paid training!
• Focus on children’s happiness, well-being, and progression in each swim level
